Order are dispatched via Australia Post, Express Post and should be received in 2-3 Business days. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks dependent on destination and customs processing.

We have a flat rate for shipping a single item in Australia which is $10.00, if you purchase more then 1 item shipping is free. International shipping is $25.00 for a single item, if you purchase more then 1 item shipping is $10.00.

Our products are made with care and to the highest quality. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Our items are made by hand, often from reclaimed materials, and imperfections are part of nature. Each item is unique. In general, unused items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.  If you have further questions please contact us.
